New Mexico Women Leaders for Michelle

Former Lieutenant Governor Diane Denish and Albuquerque City Councilor Debbie O’Malley talk about why they are supporting Michelle, and why other women should vote for her.

‘Undercover’ Commercial

The “Undercover” ad reminds voters that Michelle was endorsed by the popular alternative weekly newspaper, the Alibi, and the state’s largest daily newspaper, the Albuquerque Journal. The ad also showcases Michelle’s willingness to do whatever it takes to fight for people who don’t have a voice. In 1997, as the Director of the state Agency on Aging, Michelle complained to state regulators about abuse and neglect of seniors in many of long-term care facilities. When nobody would listen to her, Michelle went undercover to expose the inexcusable neglect.

‘Served’ Commercial

This TV ad is in response to the Karl Rove-style attacks from a Super PAC tied to Eric Griego.

‘Endorsed’ Commercial

Michelle kicks off a second, more aggressive wave of television ads that highlight her ability to be a leader in the fight against the Republican Party’s War on Women. It also captions her endorsements from the Albuquerque Journal and the Alibi.

 ’Stand Up’ Commercial

Michelle launches her first ad for the 2012 primary called ‘Stand Up’.  As a Member of Congress, Michelle will stand up for people who need help. She’s running for Congress because we need to stand up to the special interests and end unfair tax breaks for Big Oil companies and corporations and make the rich pay their fair share.

Charlie Romney-Brown Interview

“It is a call to action for women of all ages to stand up and demand equality and demand that government stay out of the private lives of women and their families…to stop minimizing and discriminating against women…. It’s a Republican war on women at a time when they should be focusing on the budget, the economy, and jobs on the ground.” — Michelle Lujan Grisham
